* Energy rates are based on an average monthly usage for 2,000 kWh and factor in a monthly or daily customer charge.
This price includes all recurring charges excluding state and local sales taxes and Miscellaneous Gross Receipts Tax Reimbursement. This price will be fixed for the term of the plan and may vary solely to reflect actual changes in TDU and regulatory fees or changes resulting from federal, state or local laws that impose new or modified costs that are beyond our control.
- If you are on a fixed price and move to another location and provide us with a forwarding address at least 14 days prior to your move date, you may cancel without penalty.
- If you are on a fixed price and choose to cancel before the term is complete, there will be an early cancellation fee.
- If you are on a fixed price and take no action at the end of the term, the service will automatically continue under a month-to-month variable price product with no early cancellation penalty.
