What happens if my agency pledge expires, but my account balance doesn't change?

You must contact the agency who made the pledge on your account to confirm that the payment was sent to CPL. The agency needs to contact us if there are any problems. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-322-5563.
