About the Two Months Free Energy 24 Plan

During January 2021 and January 2022, you'll pay your bill as you normally would, then receive a credit for that same amount on the following bill.

A base charge of $4.95 is included in the average price for this plan, as well as other recurring charges, excluding state and local sales taxes and Miscellaneous Gross Receipts Tax Reimbursement.
This 24-month term fixed price will only vary if there are changes in TDU, regulatory fees or a law that requires new or modified costs outside of our control. If you cancel before end of term, there is a cancellation fee of $135. You may cancel without penalty if you move and provide a forwarding address at least 14 days prior to your move date. Please see the Electricity Facts Label for more information and other applicable fees for this plan. With this plan, you will receive bill credits towards your account equaling your total energy charges on from your January 2021 and January 2022 invoices. Depending on your utility meter read cycle, the full month credit may not follow the calendar months. The bill credit will be forfeited by the customer if 1) there is a past due account balance at the time each credit is applied, 2) the customer terminates the contract early, or 3) the customer changes to a different plan before a credit is applied. Bill credits cannot be used toward deposits. The bill credit cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards. Free months include energy charges, delivery/transmission charges, and all other utility-related charges, but excludes taxes and non-commodity.
